FOXA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,644 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC6, HID1, and AGR2. Each is linked with FOXA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXA1 versus TTC6 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
