FOXA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC52, OR4N4, and MSGN1. Each is linked with FOXA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC52 grouped by FOXA1-low versus FOXA1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
