FOSL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOSL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOSL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOSL2_S200, ECM1, and PROS1. Each is linked with FOSL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOSL2-to-partner and partner-to-FOSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOSL2 versus FOSL2_S200 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
