FOSL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOSL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,745 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRH1, TGFBI, and PLAU. Each is linked with FOSL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOSL2-to-partner and partner-to-FOSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOSL2 versus HRH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
