FOSB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,057 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOSB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PROC, LMNA_S423, and MMRN1. Each is linked with FOSB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOSB-to-partner and partner-to-FOSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOSB versus PROC in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
