FOSB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOSB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,680 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNX15, VWF, and EGR1. Each is linked with FOSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOSB-to-partner and partner-to-FOSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOSB versus SNX15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
