FOS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,906 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGR1, FOSB, and ATF3. Each is linked with FOS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOS-to-partner and partner-to-FOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOS versus EGR1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
