FOS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with FOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOS-to-partner and partner-to-FOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by FOS-low versus FOS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
