FOCAD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOCAD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,215 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOCAD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTAP, PLAA, and MLLT3. Each is linked with FOCAD in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOCAD-to-partner and partner-to-FOCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
