FOCAD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOCAD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,489 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOCAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTAP, RGS4, and HACD4. Each is linked with FOCAD in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOCAD-to-partner and partner-to-FOCAD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOCAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOCAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
