FNIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,448 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX4, MRPS35, and GNB4. Each is linked with FNIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-FNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FNIP2 versus SNX4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
