FNIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,187 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, ZDHHC15, and FCGRT. Each is linked with FNIP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-FNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FNIP2 versus ZBTB39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
