FNIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR3D, CYP39A1, and SFT2D3. Each is linked with FNIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNIP2-to-partner and partner-to-FNIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTR3D grouped by FNIP2-low versus FNIP2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
