FNIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NANOGP10, TRDV3, and COX5A. Each is linked with FNIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-FNIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
