FNDC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,207 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL8P1, SEC13, and ZFPL1. Each is linked with FNDC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC9-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL8P1 grouped by FNDC9-low versus FNDC9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
