FNDC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,812 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYFIP2, CTC1, and TRIM33. Each is linked with FNDC9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC9-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FNDC9 versus CYFIP2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
