FNDC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, LKB1, and p27_pT198. Each is linked with FNDC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC7-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by FNDC7-low versus FNDC7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
