Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,355 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Promoter clearance during DNA-templated transcription, and RNA polymerase II promoter clearance. Each is linked with FNDC7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC7-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC7 results are reported.
