FNDC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FNDC4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Th2 cells, CD8+ Tcm, and CD8+ Tem. Each is linked with FNDC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC4-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Th2 cells grouped by FNDC4-low versus FNDC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
