FNDC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,028 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, Protein lipidation, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with FNDC4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC4-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Maintenance of protein localization in organelle grouped by FNDC4-low versus FNDC4-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FNDC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FNDC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
