The most reproducible FNDC10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHANK3_S1570, METTL7A, and NSUN5. Each is linked with FNDC10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC10-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC10 results are reported.
