Across TCGA cell cohorts, FNDC10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,408 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FNDC10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into lysosome, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with FNDC10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FNDC10-to-partner and partner-to-FNDC10 results are reported.
