FN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,566 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, THBS1, and THBS2. Each is linked with FN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN1-to-partner and partner-to-FN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FN1 versus SULF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
