FN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,054 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCN4, SERPINE1, and LOXL2. Each is linked with FN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN1-to-partner and partner-to-FN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FN1 versus CCN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
