FN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, c-Kit, and PDCD4. Each is linked with FN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FN1-to-partner and partner-to-FN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by FN1-low versus FN1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
