FMOD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMOD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,116 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, RNA5SP417, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with FMOD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMOD-to-partner and partner-to-FMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP419 grouped by FMOD-low versus FMOD-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
