FMOD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMOD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 14-3-3_beta, and eIF4G. Each is linked with FMOD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMOD-to-partner and partner-to-FMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by FMOD-low versus FMOD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
