FMOD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMOD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMOD-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC4, OR14A16, and OR8B3. Each is linked with FMOD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMOD-to-partner and partner-to-FMOD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOC4 grouped by FMOD-low versus FMOD-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMOD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMOD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
