Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO9P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FMO9P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Labyrinthine layer morphogenesis, Regulation of epidermis development, and Cell redox homeostasis. Each is linked with FMO9P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO9P-to-partner and partner-to-FMO9P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
