Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FMO8P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FMO8P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher FMO8P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FMO8P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.

COAD, KICH, and LGG are the cancer types where FMO8P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
