FMO6P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO6P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO6P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC5A7, PLA2G2D, and OR8B12. Each is linked with FMO6P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO6P-to-partner and partner-to-FMO6P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC5A7 grouped by FMO6P-low versus FMO6P-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO6P→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO6P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
