FMO6P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO6P mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,982 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO6P-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNR, KMT2A, and LPIN3. Each is linked with FMO6P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO6P-to-partner and partner-to-FMO6P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNR grouped by FMO6P-low versus FMO6P-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO6P→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO6P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
