Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FMO4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FMO4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FMO4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FMO4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where FMO4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
