FMO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02305, TMEM225, and RNU6-1274P. Each is linked with FMO4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO4-to-partner and partner-to-FMO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02305 grouped by FMO4-low versus FMO4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
