FMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD20, JNK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with FMO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO3-to-partner and partner-to-FMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD20 grouped by FMO3-low versus FMO3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
