FMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC7B, UNKL, and TNPO2. Each is linked with FMO3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO3-to-partner and partner-to-FMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTC7B grouped by FMO3-low versus FMO3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
