FMO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALMS1-IT1, LINC00941, and ZNF519P4. Each is linked with FMO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO2-to-partner and partner-to-FMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALMS1-IT1 grouped by FMO2-low versus FMO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
