FMO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, MS4A10, and MSGN1. Each is linked with FMO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO2-to-partner and partner-to-FMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by FMO2-low versus FMO2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
