FMO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,981 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS4, IFFO1, and CXCL12. Each is linked with FMO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMO1-to-partner and partner-to-FMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FMO1 versus RGS4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
