Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FMNL3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FMNL3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher FMNL3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FMNL3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LSCC, CCRCC, and OV are the cancer types where FMNL3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
