FMNL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMNL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,759 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMNL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, FHL3, and MMP2. Each is linked with FMNL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL3-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FMNL3 versus AEBP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
