FMNL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMNL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,472 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRISPLD2, SPARC, and PDGFRB. Each is linked with FMNL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL3-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FMNL3 versus CRISPLD2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMNL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMNL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
