Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMNL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,164 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMNL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with FMNL3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL3-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL3 results are reported.
