Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMNL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 720 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMNL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, MSGN1, and CARD18. Each is linked with FMNL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL3-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL3 results are reported.
