Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMNL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FMNL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPF18, RFWD3, and PGAM1. Each is linked with FMNL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMNL2-to-partner and partner-to-FMNL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRPF18 grouped by FMNL2-low versus FMNL2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMNL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMNL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
