FMN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FMN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,595 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, CEP55, and OXSR1. Each is linked with FMN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMN2-to-partner and partner-to-FMN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by FMN2-low versus FMN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
