FMN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FMN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 838 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FMN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NGLY1, SMU1, and TPPP2. Each is linked with FMN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FMN2-to-partner and partner-to-FMN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NGLY1 grouped by FMN2-low versus FMN2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FMN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FMN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
