FLYWCH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLYWCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLYWCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, MED31, and COQ6. Each is linked with FLYWCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLYWCH1-to-partner and partner-to-FLYWCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by FLYWCH1-low versus FLYWCH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLYWCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLYWCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
