FLVCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FLVCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLVCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LILRA1, GABRA6, and PTH. Each is linked with FLVCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLVCR2-to-partner and partner-to-FLVCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LILRA1 grouped by FLVCR2-low versus FLVCR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLVCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLVCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
