FLVCR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FLVCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FLVCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSC, MSC, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with FLVCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FLVCR1-to-partner and partner-to-FLVCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSC grouped by FLVCR1-low versus FLVCR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FLVCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FLVCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
